                        How to Make a Fist

 

      Proper Fighting Stance - The foundation of fighting.

 

      Punching Techniques - Back Fist, Reverse Punch,

      Lunge Punch, Jab, Cross, Hook and Uppercut.

 

      Kicks - Front, Side, Back and Round House

 

      Enjoy a great stretch and cool down.

 

EXERCISES CAN BE MODIFIED TO YOUR FITNESS LEVELS

Work Out! It just feels good.

At first it may not feel good to work out, but after you establish a moderate approach to your routine, you pain and discomfort will decrease.

Get Started

Walk vigorous for at least 30 continuous minutes

Drink lots of water/non-sugary fluids

Workout for yourself, not for someone else it just feels better.

Go Dancing and Dance for at least a solid 60 minutes, then try to do more 

Stretch throughout the day and night.  Get ready for more!
